Opening Hours

Our doors open at 8.00 a.m and close at 6.00 p.m, though our telephone lines are available until 6.30 p.m.

We do not close lunchtime.

Please note: our dispensary is closed between 1pm and 2pm, patients can still collect their  prescriptions from reception, however, any specific queries regarding prescriptions would not be able to be answered during this hour.

Kilgetty Branch Surgery is open from 8 am until 1pm normally, patients are able to visit or call during these hours.

Out Of Hours Service

If you require acute medical advice/treatment outside of our operating hours, please contact NHS 111.

NHS 111 is a FREE service which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your call will be answered by a specially trained call handler who will ask you a series of questions which will allow the service to signpost you to the correct clinician. 

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or any of the following symptoms:

  • Severe bleeding
  • Sudden collapse
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Chest pain
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)
  • Severe burns or scalds
  • signs or symptoms of a stroke – Click HERE for common signs and symptoms as advised by the Stroke Association
  • Feelings of self-harm or suicide
  • Seizure

Please DO NOT wait until we re-open and call 999/attend your nearest Emergency Department (A&E) IMMEDIATELY

ECO4 Flex

“Evidence of an occupant whose health conditions may be impacted further by living in a cold home. These health conditions may be cardiovascular, respiratory, immunosuppressed, or limited mobility related” The Council will require the following household/applicant information from the approved providers/installers: client name, address, supporting evidence and referral route (this may include special category data such as information on certain health conditions) in order to determine household eligibility, it does not state that there is a requirement for the ECO4 to be completed by your GP. The practice will provide you with a summary of your medical history as supporting evidence if required.
