NHS Wales App

The NHS Wales App will replace My Health Online. It is a secure online service from NHS Wales,  available to all patients over 16.

To use the NHS Wales App you must be registered with a GP in Wales.

You can access NHS Wales services such as NHS 111 Wales health advice and blood and organ donation using the App.

To access GP services online via the App, you must:

  • be registered with a GP practice in Wales that is connected to the App
  • have a fully verified NHS login, or a valid photo ID to set one up
  • be aged 16 or over

Once you have registered and signed you can use NHS Wales services like:

  • NHS 111 Wales
  • organ and blood donation

Once your GP practice is connected to the App, you will be able to access additional GP services such as:

  • booking and managing appointments
  • ordering repeat prescriptions
  • viewing your health record
  • get urgent medical care

How do I register for NHS Wales App?

Download the NHS Wales App from your Google Play or Apple App store, or on your desktop browser via app.nhs.wales 

  • To access the NHS Wales App you must: 
  • Be 16 years old or over 
  • Have a unique email address 
  • Have a UK phone number 
  • Have photo identification 
  • Be registered with a GP practice in Wales 

You will also need to set up an NHS login – you may have already created this if you downloaded the Covid Pass.

NHS login is a secure UK-wide system that allows you access to lots of different health and care websites, including the NHS Wales App. 

You can reset your password quickly and easily if you can’t remember it.
