On line via the NHS Wales App portal. If you wish to use this option please download the application form below and bring it to the surgery together with photo ID and proof of address such as a utility bill that is no more than three months old.
At The Surgery
You may drop your repeat prescription slip through our letterbox in Saundersfoot, or during opening hours there is a post box inside on the right hand side of the main door.
Nominated Pharmacy
Your regular local community pharmacy may request repeat prescriptions on your behalf and dispense the medication directly to you. Please ask your regular pharmacy for more information regarding this.
Repeat Prescriptions
Please allow 3-4 working days for the processing of repeat prescription requests.
Repeat prescriptions are produced with the authorisation of a GP and normally each item of medication will be prescribed in quantities sufficient for 28 days use. This is in accordance with Health Board Guidance.
Please note: Do not order repeat prescriptions more than two weeks in advance as these will not be processed. This follows GMC good practice guidance. If there are extenuating circumstances e.g holiday, please indicate this on the repeat prescription request.
