RCS In-Work Support Service

The In-Work Support Service provides free support and psychological or physical therapies to help employed and self-employed people improve their wellbeing and reduce sickness absence from work. 

Support is quick, free and fully confidential.  As part of the programme the following therapies are available:

Who is Eligible for the RCS In-Work Support Service?

The In-Work Support Service is aimed at self-employed and employees from small to medium sized businesses (less than 250 employees) with a mild to moderate mental or physical health condition that is impacting them at work.  People do not need to be currently absent from work to qualify for support.

How to Access the RCS In-Work Support Service

People can refer themselves to the service by calling 01745 336442, or by using the electronic referral form on our website at www.rcs-wales.co.uk/en/your-wellbeing-at-work/. A GP can also refer patients on their behalf.
